The live and open-tier feeds insigz fuses today, and how to connect your own.

How insigz handles sources

Every source — a public API, a file you upload, or a commercial feed — is normalized into one signed, queryable canonical model:

SOURCE -> OBSERVATION / DOCUMENT -> ENTITY -> EVENT

Geospatial and structured feeds become observations (a fact at a place and time, resolved to an entity and cryptographically signed). Text feeds become documents in a retrieval corpus. Both are immediately queryable by the grounded AI — there is no per-source AI configuration: if the data is in the model, the analyst can ask about it and every answer cites it.

A source appears in your workspace as soon as it produces its first records.

Available on connection

Further connectors are built in and activate once their (free) provider account is supplied for your tenant — for example investigative document corpora (OCCRP Aleph). Additional commercial and specialist feeds can be added per engagement.

Bring your own

  • Upload a CSV or JSON and map its columns to the canonical model — it flows through the same normalize → resolve → sign → detect pipeline and lands on the map and across every surface.
  • Onboard a feed conversationally: the Ontology Agent maps a new source's fields to canonical entity and observation types, reusing existing types over inventing new ones.
  • Commercial feeds — premium AIS and vessel intelligence, PEP and adverse-media screening, corporate ownership graphs, and satellite imagery — can be connected per engagement; they normalize into the same model as everything else.

Whatever the source, the result is one model: signed, bitemporal, access-controlled, and AI-groundable.
